This PR addresses the deprecation warning for gradle/gradle-build-action.

Changes:

Added action to properly set up Gradle
This is the recommended replacement for the deprecated

Benefits:

Removes deprecation warnings in GitHub Actions
Follows current best practices for Gradle setup
Ensures compatibility with future GitHub Actions runner updates
